Privacy Policy
SpecRecon (“we,” “us”) is a bid-intelligence subscription service operated by Tectron Holdings, LLC, available as a web application and as an iOS app for iPhone and iPad. This policy explains what information we collect from authorized users, how we use it, and how we protect it.
Information we collect
- Account details you provide: your name and email address.
- Your mobile phone number, only if you choose to enable text (SMS) notifications.
- Application usage data needed to operate the service (e.g., projects, notes, and workflow actions).
How we use your information
- To authenticate you and operate the SpecRecon application.
- To send account and workflow notifications you have opted into, by email and/or text.
- To secure the service and comply with our legal obligations.
Text messaging & data sharing
We do not sell your information. Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent are used solely to deliver the notifications you enabled. Mobile information and text-messaging opt-in data are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
We use trusted service providers to run the app — Supabase (data hosting), Resend (email delivery), and Twilio (text delivery). They process data only to provide these services on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own marketing.
Data retention & security
We retain your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to operate the service, and we use industry-standard safeguards to protect it.
Account deletion
You can delete your account at any time. In the app, tap your avatar (top right) to open your profile, scroll to the Danger Zone, choose Delete account, type DELETE, and confirm — this permanently removes your profile and sign-in credentials. You may also email us at support@specrecon.com and we will process the deletion for you. Project and workflow records you created on behalf of your company may be retained as business records of that company.
